VC6 versions are located in Lib\VC6\Release and Lib\VC6\Debug directories.
IC81 versions are located in Lib\IC81\Release and Lib\IC81\Debug directories.
All versions of the library (VC6 and IC81) are optimized for Intel Pentium II, III, 4 and compatible processors using MMX and/or SSE and/or SSE2. Older IA-32 processors are supported too. There's several versions of optimized functions and at run time, one of the versions is chosen to execute, depending on the processor in use. In this way, the program can benefit from performance gains on more advanced processors, while still working properly on older IA-32 processors.
IC81 versions of the library have been further optimized using the Intel's Compiler v8.1.
VC6 and IC81 versions of the library can be linked to your project with any compatible linker. For instance you can link an IC81 version of the library with the VC6 linker.
