If you have
a TV Tuner card you can use it in combination with an MJPEG software Codec to capture
video in high resolution from an input source (Tuner, Camescope, VCR).

a Hardware codec card on a computer (like Matrox Rainbow Runner, Miro DC30,DC50,Miro
DC1/DC10, Iomega Buz ...)and you want to play the video streams created with this card on
others computers which doesn't have one.
